Emby - Device Limit Per Plan

Depending on your plan, you will have a set device limit. This limit is enforced by the billing system. Each login to your Emby account counts as a 'device.' Once the device limit is reached, you won't be able to sign in. This is set so users don't abuse the 75-device limit on the server side.

  • Basic Plan: 6 Devices
  • Standard Plan: 8 Devices
  • Premium Plan: 10 Devices
  • Ultimate Plan: 12 Devices

Removing Devices

You can head to the "My Services" link under the Service tab on the billing panel. Once there, you can select your service EM - [Plan Name]. Once in the product details, you should see the Devices section.

  • Choose the device(s) you want to remove.
  • Click "Remove All Devices" or "Remove Selected" for the device(s) to be removed from your Emby account.
